The portal was launched specifically to help Indians, both resident (1.5 billion) and non-resident (30 million), to share their stories with their communities and around the world through this webzine.<\/p>\n<p>We aim to help\u00a0increase literacy\u00a0by supporting and\u00a0encouraging writers, especially those who have never been published before, hopefully leading to a greater sense of national identity with their compatriots and\u00a0increased social mobility.<\/p>\n<p>Getting published can lead to\u00a0greater recognition,\u00a0boosted confidence, and potentially new opportunities for our contributors.\u00a0Our contributing writers have been\u00a09 year-olds to 90 year-olds.\u00a0Professionals, academics, students and even simple home-makers.<\/p>\n<p>The webzine showcases reports and stories of the progressive Indian clan, global leaders, and professionals who are making a difference to the world.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"td_block_wrap td_block_text_with_title tdi_11 td-pb-border-top td_block_template_1\"  data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_11\" ><h4 class=\"block-title\"><span class=\"td-pulldown-size\">Contact Us<\/span><\/h4><div class=\"td_mod_wrap td-pb-padding-side td-fix-index\"><p>While this is a not for profit platform, we still need some funds to run it.
